Guess whose dress needed a little tweaking at the grand opening of Diablo's Cantina in Las Vegas. I would say that the dress is supposed to look like that... but the rest of it is so beautiful. Click on the continue reading link below to find out.

Yeah I am pretty sure it is supposed to look un-even. It makes the whole dress look undone though, imo.
