After only 15 seconds out of rehab, reports are already surfacing that Lindsay Lohan is back to no good. She was spotted at a Park City Club Friday night looking “less than refreshed”. I’m going to guess this is just some random source trying to make it in the news. There is NO WAY this is already happening…. right?
In some real news, Lindsay has filed a countersuit against the alleged victim of her 2005 Hollywood car claiming he was the one responsible.
