No Tattoos For Nicole Kidman's Children... Yet

As long as you live under my roof young lady! :) Nicole Kidman had a conversation with her two children telling them tattoos are off limits until they are old enough to make an educated decision on their own.

Bella had a phase of blue hair - luckily that only lasted for a little while. But we recently had a discussion at home about tattoos and I had to lay down some ground rules. My husband (Keith Urban) has tattoos, so obviously I don't mind them on principle. But I do think you have to be a certain age before you can choose to do something as permanent as that, and I don't think that age is 14 or 15. Call me old-fashioned, if you will."

Bella is 15 and Connor is 12. I can understand this conversation. I can't imagine what I will be saying to my future teenagers... Oy Vey!

First, I think they HAVE to be 18 to get a tattoo. I know here in Canada.

you can be under 18 if your parent signs for it to be done.

i agree, a kid does not need a tattoo and they should have to wait until they're 18 so when they do make they're decision to get one it will be something that they'll want and permanent.
