Here's the gorgeous Monica Bellucci at the French Embassy Dinner Party For Christine Albanel. Monica is revered as one of the most beautiful women in the world. However, I don't follow her much and can't say I'm familiar with her fashion style. Is this typical Monica? Either way, what do you think about this dress?

Alicia Keys also opted for an all black ensamble as she attended Swarovski Fashion Rocks event. I'm all about her new slim and trim figure. But is that shirt too much? Or just right for this true beauty?
