Kirstie Alley Gets Some Help With Jenny Craig Diet

I have a confession to make... I just joined up with Jenny Craig on Thursday! I tried to do Weight Watchers - but the point counting is a bit hard on 3 hours of sleep (thanks Liam) and two kids to take care of. Sooooo I joined and am loving the program so far. The food is pretty good and it can't get easier. It LITERALLY can't be any easier - you go once a week and they give you your food. Then you pick up some fruits and veggies to add to the meals. Mindless... just how I like it.Kirstie Alley was spotted taking home some weight loss shakes that aren't on the plan. Whatever it takes right? Some things are good and other things are ok
but nothing is NASTY

the thing i like about it is you can make your menu
so if you wantd pizza every single day for lunch - you can do that
i dont like tuna and things like that - so i just replaced it from my menu
its interesting!
i hope i do well

i lost 15 pounds since the birth
have 20 more to go

I love working out, though sometimes it is a challenge to find time. It helps that my work has a small fitness center!

How does jenny craig work. I am from england and i hear about it all the time but this is the first time some one has even started to go into it. We dont have it here. how much does it cost if they provide your food?

Madge - its pretty pricey 140 a week!! Plus you have to get veggies and fruit
They give you a menu for 7 days
and each day you look to see what you are going to eat
so today i had french toast, mixed berries and lite syrup with a cup of milk
then a snack - yogurt or this bar that i dont like
lunch was a southwestern burrito with rice and a salad
snack was fruit
tonight i am going to have a pizza with a cheesecake dessert.
it sounds like its all fatty
but somehow its just 1200 calories
really odd but I am loving it!
I also immediately thought it was likely the bottom box was just more groceries from Costco, since they give you boxes not bags.
