Britney Spears Under Investigation... Again

Britney Spears is under investigation after she ran over a Los Angeles County Sheriff deputy's foot in her Mercedes Benz. This is only one day after she drove over a photographer's foot accidentally. Sheriff's Department officials have filed a traffic collision complaint and now the LAPD is conducting an "active investigation" into the mishap, according to TMZ.com.
Mosk has been hobbling around court on crutches since the accident, and his superiors have been forced to reassign him to light duty. A police source reveals officials are looking at the incident with a view to filing another hit and run charge against Spears. The pop star narrowly escaped a hit and run conviction last month (Oct07) after agreeing to settle an August (07) parking lot accident out of court.
In her defense, we all know what it looks like every single time this girl tries to drive anywhere. She is surrounded at all angles. Things like this are bound to happen.

She is surrounded by HUNDREDS of people and flashing lights - the video shows how slow she was driving- barely even moving so how is it her fault if some idiot puts his foot in the way of her tire!!!!!!!
She should hire a driver.
i understand she is surrounded by paps, but YOU know when you run over something specially on a flat road...she knew she had run over someone and didnt even care to make sure they were fine...she should be fine.
How come everyday is a new picture of this woman doing something? Im sure she can stay one week at home and have someone run her errands..but she prefers to go out and cause this drama herself.
How about she put down whatever the hell it is she always has in her hand while driving and put both hands on the wheel. If you are in a situation like the one she is always in (being surrounded by people constantly while driving) she should be taking every precaution while driving, and that means both hands on the wheel.
Hiring a driver would be the sensible thing to do. But best I can tell, "sensible" and "Britney Spears" are mutually exclusive terms.
