Jenny McCarthy Has A Sixth Sense When It Comes To Her Son

Jenny McCarthy's son Evan is autistic and suffers from seizures. TERRIBLE! She has told reporters that she can feel when her son is afflicted with a seizure even if she is in another state. It's a wonderful connection - I just wish she didn't have to deal with it.

"Women are really born with this wonderful instinct to know when something is wrong with your child. When I was working in Las Vegas I was actually doing a scene when I stopped production and I started shaking and my sister said, "What's wrong?' and I said, "I think Evan is having a seizure.' "I picked up the phone and my husband at the time said, "I just called 911; Evan's having a seizure right now.' "Then it happened again when I was in Canada... and I called and they were in an ambulance.Mothers, please tune in to your child's health, that wonderful thing that we have because it's very, very real."

You know she is right. Mothers seem to have an intuition when it comes to their kids. Once I was out with my husband for our anniversary and I sensed something was wrong with our daughter. I wanted to cut the evening short and go home which made my husband mad. When we got home there was a message for us from the hospital. Our daughter had been in a rollover car accident. Luckily she only had cuts and bruises.

My mother has seizures and about 5min before she would have one our dog (yellow lab) would jump up in her lap and bark like crazy!! It is really amazing and gave us time to make sure my mother was in safe surroundings and her mouth piece was in.

Fake- She is very vocal because there are parents out there with very similar situations as hers. Sometimes as a parent, you doubt your instincts. Thank god for people like her.
