Love It or Hate It: LeAnn Rimes

Here's the always sweet and cute LeAnn Rimes as she helps promote "all small & mighty" an eco-friendly laundry detergent at the Children's Museum of Manhatten. I have to say I LOVE the color of the dress and even the dark tights, but what about the shape? Should she have belted it, or is it perfect all by itself? Any thoughts on the current "bubble" hem trend?
