i think adriens nose is what makes him distinguished. kirsten looks fine, her surgery should be on her teeth, if anything. kelly has a full/ wide face, the tiny nose looks awkward, shes fine the way she is and idk owen wilson is just ugly no matter what

I know this post is way old, but i had to comment. i don’t think adrien brody would look at all more handsome with a smaller nose. he would look like an entirely different person, and while the doctored pic is not so bad, it’s not “adrien brody.” besides how talented he is, probably 75% of my attraction to him IS his unique nose.
and kirstin dunst looks ridiculous with those huge lips.
Adrien Brody would look like any deathly boring wall street monkey suit with a little button nose. His schnoz is dashing, alarming and totally memorable. He seems like a funny interesting and intelligent guy, and I think that his nose actually accentuates those characteristics. Why iron everyone out into these identical little neatly folded bundles? Three out of four actresses have plump pouty lips…right out of a campbell’s soup can. Every ‘society girl’ has rubber bumpers too. What is the point? To finally become completely unremarkable?
All four of the “after” images make them look worse – and NOT like themselves! Whatever happened to appreciating what makes a person unique? Why should Hollywood or society impose such narrow standards? And if these celebs actually followed through and did get these surgeries, the press would crucify them for it – they can’t win! Ridiculous!
Seeing what it may look like if Adrien Brody had a nose job, really brings home the fact that his nose is pefect for his face and contributes to his attractive appearance.
Kristen’s lips are fine the way they are, people don’t have to have lips like Angelina Jolie to be attractive.
Kelly has a wide face, so a thin nose would just look out of proportion. The mouth and nose are supposed to be fairly even in terms of width, but hers is way off.
Owen Wilson’s would be an improvment, that’s probably the only photoshop I agree with.
Adrien’s photoshop nose looks WAY out of proportion, making him look like some kind of alien, but then again even his natural nose looks out of proportion as well. I’d say something in between the photoshop nose and his natural nose, then it would be an improvment. Straighten it, do something to make it symmetric and possibly reduce it in size, but not to the extent as the photoshop.
I admire these people plus Barbara Streisand for keeping thier original features. What is the obsession with perfection and beauty?

oh my gosh adrian brody looks soooo scarily different with a nose job – they all look amazing as they are, owens nose makes him even more quirky and sexy – and my goodness kirsten is amazing, her lips look scary plumped up!!

I think Adrian would look SO HANDSOME with a smaller nose! I think the one they used isnt even possible for him with surgery. But Kirsten didnt need bigger lips she needed some serious dental work! I dont mind crooked teeth, I think they give character, but hers bug me.
Kiki needs to get her teeth fixed, not her lips puffed up.
As for the others, they look so…normal with the "plastic surgery". And normal is boring and unremarkable.
OMG. Adrien Brody could look kind of cute if he did that!.. His nose bugs the crap out of me!
Now Kirsten Dunst just needs her teeth fixed. They are horrible.
