Rihanna rocked a fun hat and some tight striped pants while out shopping with friends the other day. The guy in the first thumbnail is seriously checking her out, so I'm pretty sure he loves her outfit...:) What do you think about it? Are the racing stripes down the side of the pants a yay or a nay?Click on thumbnails to enlarge.
