Lindsay Lohan Planning Third Album

OH BOY!! Third time's a charm? Lindsay Lohan is gearing up to start recording her third album tentatively titled, "Nobody's Angel". Depending on who you ask, Lindsay may or may not be excited about the project. Some say it is all about "contractual obligations" while others say Lindsay has "always planned" to do so.

She has a great voice. I liked a lot of the songs from her previous album. So, best of luck to her. :)
I never have bought her albums, nor listened to her songs....she has a horrible voice! I hope she is turning into the Tara Reid, eventually she will grace the covers/websites once a month only showing how ridiculous she is!! I am seeing less of her, and that is a good thing :)
She stated in a magazine article back in like May or June that she was planning her third album and was excited about it. And how she really wanted to go on tour to support it. She said she wanted to do what Britney had done with her albums.
