No Truth Behind Gwyneth Paltrow / Chris Martin Split

 

 Gwyneth Paltrow's rep has issued a very long statement ensuring the public that his client is still very happily married to Chris Martin despite it being several months since they've been photographed together.  Typically, publicists say "They're fine" or something equally as brief. Are you ready for Steve Huvane's quote?

The rumors "are absolutely not true. They have been completely together and barely separated. Chris was with her in Los Angeles during the shooting of 'Iron Man,' and then with her in the Hamptons during the summer, and in London for September and October. She's been in New York for the past week, but he is joining him soon in a few days. This stems from the fact that both Chris and Gwyneth make a deliberate effort not to be photographed together. She does not take him to any events where there will be press - or if she does, they enter separately. It is their policy not to put their relationship out there for public consumption."

Why does this make me feel that perhaps something is off? Why all the explaining?In other news, I. Just. Want. To. Push. Gwyneth's. Hair. Behind. Her. Ears. It's always so straight right down both sides of her face. I just got my hair chemically straightened (not Japanese, this new thing that is specifically made for people who highlight their hair) and wasn't able to touch it for three days. I couldn't wash it (ick), put it in a pony tail, use a clip or put it behind my ears - NOTHING. So I was Paltrowing it all week long. It literally would give me anxiety at times because I am so used to getting my hair out of the way. :)
