I think they do the whole healthy cleansing to make sure they are not gaining weight, and they all smoke so they have no appetite....I think it is whatever they can do to stay thin is what they do....

Without make-up she is a total butterface......not attractive.
I know a woman who wakes up at 2 am, runs til 6 am EVERYDAY and then smokes a pack of cigs. It totally amazes me.
