I LOVE everything about that dress!!
This dress is the new love of my life! Penelope is just gorgeous and so classic...she looks great.
I guess I’m the minority here… the color is okay but I don’t like the fabric and I’m not a fan of bows especially a bow that big…
She looks stunning, although I think she should have had brighter lipstick to match the dress. Maybe pink?
the bow is great. the cut of the dress is boxy tho... also, its too long.
I love it. I almost had my bridesmaids wear a simillar dress but some of the girls did not need strapless. I love the color!!
I LOVED the front of it but when I saw the back I instantly hated it. Not of fan of bows to begin with, especially one that big.

Ewwwwww. this electric blue is not my favorite color...probably hers...dress does not sit right on her especially around her waste/hips...I always find that her lower torso looks awkward...kinda like aging grandma.
Definitely LOVE it. The color, the bow on the back, the length--everything--looks beauitful!

i think wearing a jewel color is a little dated, especially not a good idea with skin as pale as hers. i think this dress would look better on someone like eve, with some coral lipstick.
