And it IS just a number! Love this quote. Unfortunately for Madonna, this is truer in Hollywood than anywhere else in the world. Here she is defending her generation's need and ability to live like the rest of the world.

just the way it is! get over it! you old tired bag lady, you ran her course! should have known it wasnt going to last forever! thats why a lady should carefully choose the things that she does in life. especially if she is planning to bring children into the world. she is so hard looking! now she is hurting because she isnt on top of her game anymore. i do feel a little bad for her, it must really get her down to have lost all of her sex appeal, and to know nobody really care anymore whats she does to attempt to get in the headlines again. tisk tisk

She is right, and she is an ICON, and she does look very good for her age. We will all grow old and all we can hope for is that we look good for our age, period. And she does, period.
