Lindsay Lohan Not Wearing Leggings

Breaking news! Lindsay Lohan was photographed at the Coffee Bean and she was NOT wearing leggings! I can't believe we're seeing her wearing actual pants :) She looks good. Not everyone can pull off the high waisted look but I think she's able to. What do you think?Click on thumbnails to enlarge.

They only hit the top of her hips! High-waisted, means they top out at the waist, generally about 4" below the bust.
Personally, I like the hipster jeans on her - much more attractive than the so-low rise.
