Hugh and a friend were at a restaurant with a mystery woman and the three were getting a little bit too cozy for the public's liking.
"Shocked witness Hannah Crow, 30, said: 'It was disgusting. Hugh and the girl were completely going for it. It was brazen. But he didn't seem to care. Weirdly, the other guy tried to appear as if he wasn't doing anything. I've never seen anything like it. It wasn't normal.'"
And things only got crazier from there.

"'They sat on the sofa next to us with the girl in the middle. Soon, Hugh started snogging her full-on. Meanwhile the other guy was touching the girl's thigh. It was like Hugh accepted it.'"
The woman then put her arms round the men and started stroking their heads. Hannah said: 'Hugh put his fingers in her mouth. She was sucking his fingers.' Hannah's friend Nicky Francis, 29, said: 'Hugh looked intoxicated.'"

When asked to comment, Hugh said, through his intercom, "F*** off."
