im the same as her.. my legs are the hardest to tone and lose weight especially my calves and ankles. i walk and run and walk up so many stairs at work for 12 hours a day and i loose weight everywhere else but my calves and ankles.. my theighs lose weight and tone but the rest is so thick ahah boo!!
yep, having 3 kids will wreck your belly. i have the same problem, it does not matter how much i exercise, i still have the dreaded "muffin top"..too bad i cannot afford a tummy tuck. my problem with my legs is the opposite, they are very, very muscular, esp my calves. so that is why i never wear shorts.
I have chicken legs. I would like to put more muscle on them, but it is HARD!
