Bridget Moynahan And Her Son John Edward

Bridget Moynahan looked gorgeous as she was photographed pushing her 3 and half month old son, John Edward in the Pacific Palisades. You can definitely see the new mommy glow and I have to say from looking at the side profiles that Bridget seems to have gotten back into shape quickly. I don’t know how these celebrity mothers do it! Actually, I do know and am still waiting for an easier solution. :)

I think she looks better than Heidi Klum post-baby!

If anyone finds out the "easier solution", please let me know!

Celebrity moms don’t do anything. There are plenty that have kept on the wight for a while, they just stay out of the spotlight. Ex: Leah Remini, Kelly Preston (she was swollen for months after having her first child)I had my first baby at 36 and lost all the pregnancy weight in 3 months. I breastfed exclusively, althought that might have been part of it. The rest is a combination of genetics, good diet, moderation. End of story. Why can’t people understand that? This is what I eat: Oatmeal with raisins, honey and walnuts, 6 ounce glass of juice for breakfast. A sandwich at lunch with lowfat meat and a touch of mayonaisse (ocassionally chips, but usually a pickle or pretzels), a lowfat meat, starch and veg for dinner. Fats are in moderation. I have one sweet a day, like 2 cookies, a small piece of chocolate, no soda or fast food at all. Try it, you might lose weight if you never had a baby or personal trainer and personal chef! Also, don’t gain 80 pounds when you’re pregnant!
