40 Principales Awards" in Madrid, Spain wearing a long black dress and black patent peep toe shoes. Nelly still has her blond hair and I'm still not sure how I feel about that. What do you guys think, did she look better as a brunette, or a blond?
Brunette is much better for her. She has lovely features that are lost with this color hair.
