Dita Von Teese At The 15th Anniversary of Playboy In Poland

As usual Dita Von Teese wore a gorgeous vintage inspired dress and some very interesting black shoes at the 15th Anniversary of the Polish edition of Playboy. I think the one arm part of the dress is gorgeous with the more classic texture and color. It looks like it could be a jacket right? Interesting cover up. What do you think of her dress?

I really love the shoes. The dress looks ok. I am just not into the 1 side long sleeve, the other side sleeveless thing. I think it would feel kind of weird wearing it. Half of me would be nice and toasty warm and the other half would be frozen.
