"Christina will be having a second baby shower at the Hotel Bel-Air with just her friends." The source also confirmed to PageSix.com that, "Christina has a C-section scheduled for January 10 but she might need to push the date of the delivery up."

As a medical professional (not a doctor) I would never suggest a woman have a c section without a warranted medical need. I agree that its sad that some women cant even be bothered to give birth! In fact most hospitals/ OBs will not give a C section unless its needed, celebrities have a lot of money though. And money will buy you many things! Its like they live in a whole different world than us.
I had a C with my daughter. The recovery was WONDERFUL. The whole experience was good, especially after having been in labor for 37 hours.
I agree with Jules. The scary part is that I knew of a doctor that recommended C-sections for that same reason. The doctor was a female gyn/obgyn.
