Mariah Carey In Aspen

Mariah Carey was all smiles as she took her little dog around Aspen, Colorado the other day. I know it's freezing there, so I can't imagine Mariah was comfortable with that thin jacket exposing her opened shirt. I have to ask what you all think of Mariah's winter outfit?
