It was definitely snowing in Chicago the other day and I saw a girl on the street with her boots in her hands wearing the crappy paper thin foam flip flops they give you! I was pretty shocked, it was like 20 degrees!
And the brown shopping bag? Did she stop at a store on the way to the car?
