Melanie Brown's Ex Seeks Custody Of Daughter

Melanie Brown's ex-husband has filed for custody of their nine year old daughter Phoenix after the Spice Girl took her out of the country while on tour. Melanie's ex refused to give her permission to do so but a judge gave the ok. Guess that angered him enough to decide to get some rights back. Currently, Melanie has "sole legal and physical custody" of their daughter.
The couple was married in 1998 and divorced in 2000.
MELANIE BROWN's ex-husband has filed for custody of the couple's nine-year-old daughter after the singer took her on tour with the SPICE GIRLS. Dancer Jimmy Gulzar refused to alter his visitation schedule while Brown toured the globe with their daughter Phoenix Chi. But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider blocked Gulzar's attempt to stop the child from travelling and gave Brown the green-light to take Phoenix out of the U.S.
