Here is a look at the brand new
100th Anniversary Times Square New Year's Eve Ball. This photo was taken during a test run on the 77 foot flagpole at One Times Square in New York City. Although I was born in Manhattan and lived in NYC my entire life, I have never ONCE made it down to the ball drop on New Years. And the only person I know that has been is my cousin who is a cop and goes because his job sends him.
We are staying very low key - I'm cooking a rather large meal for the three and a half of us and I undoubtedly will pass out before midnight. Yeah, I party like a rock star. Let me live through you -- tell me what your plans are for the night!! :)

Happy new year to everyone!
Hope all have a great New Yrs!!!! 2008 here we come!!!!:)
Going to a goodbye 007 party, we have to come in costume of any James Bond character. Hubby got a tux! It will be a great time.
Lets see, we are pretty low key people. I will fix our annual new years eve steak for dinner for just the 2 of us. Then we will watch An Affair to Remember, a very old movie and one of our favorites. My husband has to go to work on News Years Day and will leave the house at 4:00am so I am guessing the "party" will be over right after the movie. My sister and her family live right around the corner from me and they might set off fireworks, I might walk over and watch, but its been so frickin cold at night, down in the single digits. Too cold for me.
I plan on getting some Welchs sparkling grape juice for me and my sons and eating blackeyed peas (our southern newyears tradition).
Have a happy New Year to all.
Well Ver my NYE sounds pretty much like yours. My other half and I have baked potatoes with beans and cheese for dinner. Lol
No point going anywhere seeing as I am 3mths preggers. Got my first scan on Friday, soooo excited!!!
Happy New Year Everyone!!!! xx
