When people get their lips done, to me, it just doesn’t look real. But we all know Heidi’s no stranger to plastic surgery so I don’t think looking natural is very high on her priority list

It seems that she doesnt like herself very much. She wants to change everything about herself. Poor self esteem is soo sad, she will NEVER be satisfied with her looks.

Ugh I am so sick of her…have been since she was on Laguna Beach. Never liked her and her voice drives me nuts.
I saw a picture someone made that was a screencap of her from The Hills and she was standing on the balcony at her job. It said,

She obviously has really low self-esteem, so I think people should stop putting her down…her chin is fine! People constantly talking about her so-called "flaws" is probably what has pushed her to get all of this surgery in the first place…
well then is she has such low self esteem why does she probably call the paparazzi ahead of time, why does she go out just to have her picture taken…and so on… low self esteem my ass. like i said…ATTENTION WHORE.

I think they look better then before… shes getting a lot of work done, and maybe its because everyone always says shes ugly. Poor girl. Reality TV has to have an ugly girl so it seems real.
