Heidi Montag Got A Little Work Done

In recent candids of Heidi Montag leaving Katsuya Restaurant, it's easy to see she's had a little work done. Her lips are definitely plumped up.What do you think of Heidi's new kisser? When people get their lips done, to me, it just doesn't look real. But we all know Heidi's no stranger to plastic surgery so I don't think looking natural is very high on her priority list :)Would you ever get lip injections???

Ugh I am so sick of her...have been since she was on Laguna Beach. Never liked her and her voice drives me nuts.
I saw a picture someone made that was a screencap of her from The Hills and she was standing on the balcony at her job. It said,

She obviously has really low self-esteem, so I think people should stop putting her down...her chin is fine! People constantly talking about her so-called "flaws" is probably what has pushed her to get all of this surgery in the first place...
well then is she has such low self esteem why does she probably call the paparazzi ahead of time, why does she go out just to have her picture taken...and so on... low self esteem my ass. like i said...ATTENTION WHORE.
and your right, her chin is fine. nothing wrong with having a chin the size of rumor willis and jay leno combined. just kidding, that thing is fucking huge.

I think they look better then before... shes getting a lot of work done, and maybe its because everyone always says shes ugly. Poor girl. Reality TV has to have an ugly girl so it seems real.

It seems that she doesnt like herself very much. She wants to change everything about herself. Poor self esteem is soo sad, she will NEVER be satisfied with her looks.
is it me or does she look like she could be spencers twin now?? They are slowly morphing into the same person. Maybe that will make them fade out of the media light faster...
