Happy 2008!

Hey All,
I'm going to make this short and sweet because everyone has their own blessings to be thankful for on this day. But I really wanted to send out my warmest wishes to everyone who is part of this community. So many of you have taken this ride with me from the beginning and I literally feel like I know you!! :) I wish you and your family the best for 2008!
This year was both trying and rewarding for me. Guess that is how it goes. After being hospitalized for 2 months, I did end up with a healthy second child. Thank goodness! THIS BLOG is what got me through that. When I was alone all day worried about what was going to happen, I would whip out my computer and write. I seriously would have gone mad without this outlet and I will never forget that.
These days my world is upside down. Two kids, two dogs, a husband, a website and an obsession with Warcraft that I can't seem to get rid of, I don't know how I manage to sleep. But I wouldn't have it any other way!
I thank you again and here is to another great year of fun, friendship, and health.

I laughed to myself as I had much the same "responsibilites" as you do when my children were younger. I would say.. "I have 2 daughters, 2 dogs, 2 cats and one husband - who is higher maintenence that all of the rest put togehter!!" Somehow,we have been married 27 years and both daughters (23 & 24) are happy and healthy! Happy New Year to you - I welcome 2008 and say a good ridance to 2007!

Catherine I read your posting and bf asked me when I had time to write it LOL I am a sims fanatic but 2 months ago I tried WoW. OMG bad move. I cant get enough lol I keep saying its like the sims...on crack. Vera you might have to start a WoW thread at some point lol
