Mandy Moore Brings In The New Year In Raleigh

The always smiling Mandy Moore enjoyed bringing in the New Year in Raleigh, North Carolina at a New Years Eve party wearing a very cute pink dress. I've always had a soft spot for Mandy, probably because she seems like a genuinely nice person. Oddly enough, I still think of her as a blonde who is just going through a brunette phase. But we all know she's been rocking this color for quite some time now. Lucky for Mandy, she can pull off either look.

She did not celebrate it in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is in the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach.
