Britney Spears Gets Released From Hospital Two Days Earlier Than Planned

I mean HOW could they have done such a thing? Don't they watch television? Haven't they been noticing the demise of this girl's life? Why? Because she pretended everything was fine and smiled a lot? It isn't fair to anyone involved especially those boys. They need a mom who has her head on straight.
Or is it because Britney was being difficult?
ET Online is also reporting that Dr. Phil paid Britney a visit and accompanied her back to her house with her father. There are also reports that he is airing a special on Britney THIS Monday and is trying to get her to guest appear.
Sources say the hospital released her without notifying any of the principles involved in the ongoing kiddie drama. So, you ask, how could she have been released so quickly, given that she had been declared a danger to herself and others? We're told the "5150 hold" means that she can be held against her will for a max of 72 hours, but if the hospital determines she is no longer a danger, they can release her before that.
UPDATE: Additional sources now tell TMZ Cedars absolutely made the decision on its own -- without consulting any of the lawyers in the case. We're told it is Cedars policy (and the policy of other California hospitals) to evaluate whether the "danger" has subsided at any point during the 72-hour hold.

We are hearing from multiple sources that Britney Spears is throwing a fit on the 7th floor of Cedars-Sinai. She is demanding to leave, screaming at the staff, will not lie or sit still, we're told.
We have also been told she has pulled her IV out and is generally out of control. Another source at the hospital tells TMZ she could be heard yelling at various staffers and she was described by nurses as being "difficult."

It just keeps getting crazier and crazier. None of this makes sense.
When I was hospitalized, with bipolar, I was there for five days before I was declared stabilized. Five days is a short amount of time, but two? Unbelievable! Especially for a hospital like Cedar Sinai! And because she threw a fit? Again, in my experience, a fit gets you restrained and sedated, not a free pass to go home.
As for Dr. Phil, I believe there is a special circle in hell for him...and that was before this travesty...
I think this is all going to end very badly. Dr Phil shame on you!
So a hospital should make its determination based on television and gossip columns instead of actual medical examinations?
Dr Phil is a neuropsychologist whereas he basically is qualified to read cat scans of diseased brains. He became famous because of helping Oprah with a case in Texas over bad beef. He is NOT approved by any medical board. (He let his license expire when he became a talk show host). So listening to anything that man says is like getting advise from a brick wall. He is a tough talker but usually way off base and usually points out the obvious anyway. He is a fame whore. Britney needs real doctors treating her. =)
There is no truth to this. I am a nurse and there is no way that they would say anything about her or even confirm she was there. It is against patient confidentiality laws. They could loose ther job.
She should not have been released. She is a very sick girl. She needs help!
Nobody cares about Britney, if they did, she would still be in the hospital! Whether she threatened the staff or not, they should have kept that straight jacket on her, and kept her for at least a few days.
Give Britney some Ibogaine and let her take 36 hours to sort her life out..
