Oh who am I kidding? Tara Reid can barely walk straight. Here she is with Lily Allen's younger brother, Alfie attempting to get to her friend's home after a night out. What happened to the new and improved Tara? Maybe she just took the night off.Update: ok so maybe that isn't Lily's brother. BG soldthe pictures to me with that description.
