"Grey's Anatomy" star, Ellen Pompeo arrived to the "Night of Diamonds" dinner wearing a very interesting black and white dress. I do love things that are vintage and I can see where Ellen was going with the outfit, but I don't quite know if she carried it off. What do you all think of her dress and hair?

The hair is horrible. The make-up is too much. The biker gloves look stupid with the dress. I think if this was given to anyone else it would have worked.

Its a really nice vintage look, but I think certain aspects of the pieces dont go together. If it worked, then I think she would be able to pull it off, but they didnt all work together I dont think.
