Why is this sooooo impotant to her that she has to sue. Talk about being insecure. She should just blow it off like most adults would do. If they are really still together then we will see them out and about because that is the way Jessica and her pervy dad opperates. If not, then one of them must have done the breaking up thats usually the way it works. She must define her self worth by having a boyfriend. No wonder her career is in the dumper.
