But It's Not Her...

Is this even legal? Blender magazine photoshopped Britney Spears' face onto this cover showing an ashtray made out of a Mickey Mouse hat and a crushed can of Red Bull. Don't get me wrong, if Blender wants to photoshop my face on that smoking body, I am all for it. But doesn't Britney have the right to say what non-tabloid magazines she covers and whether or not her face is photoshopped ? Or does their disclaimer omit them of wrong doing?

I think that, if that were the case, all celebs would be suing every tabloid mag for use of her photos without compensation to them.

I think Blender has more to worry about from Disney than Britney. The Mouse is notorious for going after those that use their image, in this case the hat, without permission.

ummmm t (#12), Blender admitted that this was photoshopped. read the small prints.

I doubt that Britney will sue them b/c she is nothing but attention seeker.
