So I will just say exactly what happened and leave it at that. Blonde Ambition, you know the Jessica Simpson movie that earned a whopping $1,771 its opening week in the US, has taken the number one spot in.... the Ukraine. It took in $253,008 last weekend. Apparently, people in Eastern Europe have an "urge for escapism" and a "sweet tooth for straight up comedy". I guess Blonde Ambition is considered straight up comedy then?
The blond starlet seems to be the toast of the Eastern European nation. Her latest film, Blonde Ambition, hit No. 1 in Ukraine, grossing $253,008 for the weekend of Feb. 14-17, Box Office Mojo reports. It's a huge reversal of fortune for the film, which bombed back home. In December, Blonde Ambition had a run in eight Texas theaters, grossing just $1,771 in its opening weekend.

I think that maybe she was steroe typed as a dumb blonde so no body bothered to give it a chance. it was kinda sabatoged before it even opened!

she is one of the worst actresses out there, second only to paris hilton. i think the movie wasnt promoted for a reason (because it probably bombed during initial screenings), not the other way around...
i cant stand her music, but she got famous from it, so i wish she would just stick to that...but wouldnt it be great if she moved to the ukraine for good?
