First I just have to say I LOVE Kylie Mingoue‘s diamond necklace. Here’s the beautiful songstress at the “2008 Brit Awards” wearing a velvet sparkly strapless dress with a pair of silver and black shoes. I can’t say that I love anything below her necklace, but everything above it is flawless. I mean, Kylie has great skin and obviously great taste in jewelery.
