"I certainly do Botox, which I definitely think that almost every woman that I know has imbibed," she admits on The Barbara Walters Special, airing at 7 p.m. (ET) Sunday before the Oscars.
"And it's a miracle drug -- no cutting, nothing -- and I love it!" Williams, 44, says.
