I get it!!! Katie is going for the Shirley Temple look. I was caught totally offguard while taking a sip of my drink when I saw this photo. Almost choked to death after seeing this photo. Is she playing model? I used to do that when I was 10 years old. Good gosh, will someone, friend or family, please tell her to quit making a fool of herself.
