Our Little Girl Is All Grown Up

It's the weekend. So I thought I'd give a little shout out to Dakota Fanning since I NEVER cover her. Look at how she's grown. I hope that she can make the transition from child to adult actor with little complication. She really is quite good at her craft. Here she is at LAX waiting for her bags.

Nice to see a child star sans makeup and a short skirt. She looks like a normal teenager! As for not wanting to shave her head for a film- she a 14 year old child not Daniel Day Lewis!, I would hope to God her parents would have sense enough not to let her do it anyway. Good for her. She sounds and looks like a balanced young woman who understands being a well known actress is not the be all and end all.

Cynthia, do you really think parents/director/production company are going to let a 10 year old child lose thier virginity on screen? Dont be naive. You cant believe everything you read. She is 14 years old and going through her self-consious teen years. She was probably less aware of herself at 10. Would you have shaved your head when you where 14?

She is an outstanding actress. Even in "I Am Sam" when she is very young she is just phenomenal. Truly talented. You can tell she is very smart too.
