Hilary Duff has been hitting up all the Hollywood hotspots lately!  Here she is pictured leaving Mr. Chow's in Beverly Hills.  The paparazzi must just sit outside that restaurant and wait to see which celebrities come out.  Hilary is so cute, and all smiles for the camera!  Sometimes I really can't understand when I see a star that goes to a place in Hollywood where she knows that the photographers will be, and then comes out hiding her face...it just doesn't make sense!
