Here's Nelly Furtado performing at the "49th Annual International Song Festival" in Vina Del Mar. I'm not going to harp on it or anything so all I'm going to say is I think that dress would have looked better with her natural dark hair color. Zip. Mouth closed I promise. :) Your thoughts on her dress?

Vina del Mar is in Chile! I almost went to that show but nobody wanted to go with me because it was too expensive :(

LOL I noticed someone said something about cankles... and I laughed because I was thinking the same! She should have had her dress taken in a little above the knee (most flattering for everyone) or wore a longer dress.. and I agree a darker hair color would have been better w/ this color dress... this yellow washes her out big time.

I dont understand why she thinks she looks good in that hair color. Yuck. Honestly, this is a Toronto Portuguese community influence. The Portuguese here are obsessed with that sickly blonde and they have this rich beautiful almost auburn dark brown thing going on NATURALLY which is far far more desirable. So this awful blonde jingbang is just. Glyuch. its not even a NICE blonde.
