Meg and katie - yup I have the same experience and my girls are huge just now (G cup) I completely recognise the stretched blue vein look, and it is very painful. I am convinced that people think I have had a bad boob job as well! Xtina should take care, as I think she could get mastitis if she lets herself get too engorged.
She definitely had breast augmentation, but when your breasts are engorged your veins are very visible, it’s normal. What’s not normal is that she flaunts them all the time.
