I think some of you guys are being a bit ridiculous. She’s 15, naturally she’s going to make decisions like post her pictures of her half-naked. This just shows she’s like a lot of teenagers (myspace, anyone?). Many people, and I’m not limiting that to the comments left here, hold her to the behavior standards of adults, and that’s not fair. She’s 15, give her a break. It’s not like she’s on drugs, and if you want to talk about role models, what does she sing about? She sings about girls being able to do whatever they want, as opposed to the common theme in popular music of sex and drugs and what have you.
I’m not writing this as a fan, because I’m not a fan of her. I didn’t finish the video, but who cares if she’s being goofy. If you think it’s retarded, don’t watch it. But there’s nothing wrong with acting silly and acting like a lot of people.
And on another note, for that matter, let’s not call her the next celebrity slut or drug-addict until she gets there (if she gets there). Those photos were just silly, they weren’t meant to be private photos for a boyfriend or a sex tape. If she ends up doing something extreme like that, then sure. She’s the next Vanessa Hudgens, whatever. But don’t put her down because of a road she hasn’t even crossed yet, and may not cross.

personally, i am mandys age and just love watching both hannah montana and the you tube show. it great to see those two, as kids, and friends, and not always glitz and glammer. they film it at mileys house, it is great to see her just relax, she deserves to have a good time with her friends. she is not the only singer to develop a close friendship witha dancer. come on they spend a lot of time on the road together, i would be best friends with someone too! quit hating, she has made some mistakes but learned from them too, her dad does his best but he has a career too. they are a typical american family who makes muistakes and moves on. no one out there can say they are perfect and makes no mistakes so quit judging her based on hers, shes young and learning. giver her time.
