Mischa Barton Charged With DUI

I TOTALLY MISREAD that article from People! My apologies! The real news is that Mischa Barton has officially been charged with DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license from her arrest back in December. Thanks to Lilly for picking that UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've deleted everything I wrote so as not to completely embarrass myself all day long. :)

I thought those were the charges stemming from the December incident, not new charges? She was arrested in December, but charged yesterday according to the article you linked.

I think these charges are stemming from her arrest in 2007. I havent heard anything that says she was arrested again.
