Please Tell Me It's Photoshop

Please please pleeeeeease tell me this is photoshop and not this poor girl's real legs! We just saw Nicky Hilton yesterday and she didn't look this scary so I'm going to go with either photoshop, or a bad angle. Whether the above picture has been tampered with or not, it's clear that someone is in need of help.Below are candids from yesterday. These are from a different source so I'm pretty sure they haven't been doctored at all.

The one where she is wearing shorts looks photoshopped. The one in the dress, looks normal. Either way she is still very thin.

I think she might be suffering form Body Dysmorphic Disorder, and if so she needs to get help.
Holy skin and bones!! she is clearly going through something that is causing her to lose so much weight. hope she gets help.

I think the first has been fixed. Did she ever get engaged? The stress of being the only normal Hilton maybe harder than we thought :)

So photoshopped! The shadow of her "skinny" leg (which is masking the part of her leg that was erased) is unbroken even though it is cast on a wooden fence.
Makes no sense at all.
Please stop inventing eating disorders for a tall and thin, but healthy girl.
