Hey! There is nothing wrong with getting yourself something fantastic! Especially if you can afford a beautiful diamond ring. Teri Hatcher celebrated herself (no, I'm not kidding) with a big ticket purchase and has no qualms talking about it. I can visualize her saying this... every word of it.

"It was a gift to celebrate a rather special occasion... It was a gift from me, to me, to celebrate me! "I'm not kidding. I get given a lot of little gift certificates in my work and I decided to save them up to buy something big. I'm a good saver, so I took three years and saved up a million small certificates, then I went down to the store about a minute before they all expired and I got this! It's an example of what you can do if you save!"

Ever heard of growing old gracefully? I know it is not popular in Hollywood. She looks old to you because she has done no cosmetic surgery or Botox. This photo has not been modified to make her look younger like all the tabloid magazines. She is 44 years old and looks great. She is wearing a big smile so her wrinkles will show more.

You are so very right 44 Years Old, Fit, and Happy ! Especially for those having "white" skin that ages so much worse then other cultures. But hey I would rather have wrinkles that show when I laugh than a deathly illness & wrinkle free, any day !

I agree with you. I try to stay out of the sun and use SPF50 when I am in the sun. I also use sunless tanning lotion called Loreal Sublime. What do you use? I plan an aging gracefully too and taking all the necessary precautions like sunscreen. And I think Terri looks fabulous.
