Here we go again with celebrity family members saying too much. Even if this was true, I would KILL my brother if he said something like this in the press. I can almost guarantee that Angie did not approve this comment. When asked, here is what James Haven had to say about Angelina Jolie not attending the sixth annual Night Before charity event on the eve of the Academy Awards.
"Angie is an incredibly strong but also incredibly sensitive woman, and she would always be careful when another woman's feelings are concerned. She'd go out of her way to make sure there was no situation that would hurt another woman because of her, and I'm talking about a situation like one of Brad's ex partners or his ex-wife."

Angie was drafting the Washington Post op/ed piece on Iraq, while taking care of 4 kids and being pregnant. Oh and all the while being cuddled and kissed by Brad Pitt. Why should she ever bother meeting some has-been sitcom actress?

i have very little tolerance for cheating and lying. i have never understood why women disrespect other women by engaging in that behavior. it is just wrong. many men are easily distracted, easily flattered by attention, and are far more willing to start a new relationship as a way of ending an existing one, than to be a man about things and have real closure before starting something else. doing it that way causes so much unnecessary pain, and men wouldnt be able to do it if there werent so many women who were willing to cheat with them. angie has done this on several occasions, and it really is just crappy behavior, plain and simple. the fact that she and brad are still together doesnt change that. i was a big jolie fan prior to this, but lost a lot of respect for her, (and him, ) as a result of the way she conducted herself. women need to stand together, not tear each other done like that. it does detract from her humanitarian work when her private life is led in this manner.

She does not hate Shiloh. She merely said that she has different feelings for her adoptive kids because they came into life to a harsh reality; whereas Shiloh came into life with a silver spoon in her mouth. I hope more famous people do humanitarian work.

It really needs to be stated how Jennifer Annistan did not want children, and led Brad Pitt to believe otherwise. A marriage/relationship cannot make it when two people do not want the same things.

Where was all that sensitivity and caring at when she stole Billie Bob Thorton from his live in pregnant girlfriend (he dumped her, kicked her out of the house while she was very pregnant to marry Angelina Jolie which was all a big surprise to Laura Dern) and Brad Pit from his WIFE!!

whether or not they ever did anything with one another on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith, the fact remains that Brad and Jen were divorced before Brad and Angelina took up with one another. If something did happen, it seems like Brad realized his situation and perhaps that he was unhappy in his marriage. Temptation can be avoided, but it cannot necessarily be destroyed. If he were happier in his marriage or had no desire to end it, they could have perhaps maintained some affair but they did not. However it began, it became legitimate when the divorce was realized. And if the W Magazine photos came out 6 days after his divorce was announced, they were probably taken months before to drum up publicity for the movie, right? Not taken simultaneously to offend Aniston?

As the other comment, alike “they were both on the same emotional level†you should never guide your actions and your decisions by your EMOTIONS!!! They are so ever changing and fickle. I’m going to sleep with all the married men, that I find in my path that happen to be at my “same emotional level†, please you have self control, you are not an animal, so what , you hate your co-worker and you are going to assault her, because you just felt that emotional impulse at the time., yeah tell that to a Judge and see how well that argument flies.
The pictures came out 6 months AFTER the separation was announced and two months prior to the divorce being signed by a judge. They were likely taken after the announcement that they had separated and smack in the middle of all the speculation about Angelina and Brad.
The pictures of them on the beach in Kenya with Maddox were published two and a half months after the separation was announced.
