Here is one of my favorite Hollywood ladies, Mena Suvari as she leaves a popular LA cafe, The News Room and as you can see she's surrounded by the paparazzi. I know it comes with the territory, but I wonder how you handle having 10+ people yelling at you and following you around, especially when your alone.
