Britney Spears’ dad is off to court on her behalf.Since he’s currently in control of her finances he has decided to dispute $500,000 worth of charges from Kevin Federline’s current lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, as well as charges from Kevin’s previous lawyer (for $600,000).Jamie Spears thinks that Kaplan is overcharging.
And it’s a busy day in court for Jamie.This afternoon he’s also set to go in front of a judge to discuss a timetable for giving updates on her psychiatric condition.In other news, if Britney continues to show improvement she could regain control of her finances sooner than the current July 31st deadline.What do you think about that?

I did not praise her. I only have compassion for her. You on the other hand are full of judgement. I work with people with mental illness and addiction and know where she is at.
Familial support should not be profitable and she should NOT have to ask to spend her own money. This does not happen to people of average to low income means because there is no money to be had. This is happening because everyone wants some of her money – plain and simple. I am not opposed to help. I am opposed to the way it has happened in this case.

I hope she turns her life around for her kids sake. She seems to be doing better. As for Kevin and her dad, I think its great that they get along and everyone seems interested in whats best for the kids…as it should be. Good luck to all who are involved.
