John Mayer has admitted to carrying around Xanax to help with his downward spirals. He admits, that at times, he can get very depressed and uses the drug to pick him up. Page Six reports
“There are these incidental kinds of loopholes in my brain, where the wires can cross for a second and the hard drive crashes,” he tells Best Life, adding that his first “anxiety bender” occurred when he was in his 20s. “You can create dark neighborhoods in your mind as easily as you can create rural wonderlands.”
This is not a big surprise, hearing John M. admit to using Xanax. Sometimes he has a drowsy appearance when he’s performing. It’s his business if he needs Xanax, though. Loads of people are prescribed Xanax with no harm done.
Why not use anti-anxiety drugs Zanax? Although their side effects, the treatment effects are undispensible.

Marijuana has been approved for medical purposes; so it is only illegal if your doctor does not approve your marijuana perscription. The topic is anti-depressant drug for John Mayer and marijuana helps with depression, as well as other problems caused by illness.
One can be the biggest cocaine, crack, or perscription drug addict (oxycontin, etc.) and one can wait one day and then take a drug test and get the job. One can smoke pot at a concert and have it in their system for over a month and not pass a drug test and not get the job. So which do you want working for you? The cocaine, crack, oxycontin addict that has been up all night or the occasional toker? The system is all messed up.

first off, the perscrtiption drug “xanax” is used for Anxiety and panic disorder. Your beloved Artist is using the drug 100% in the wrong way One, he’s not even prescribed it. He buys it off the streets of Orange County, proven because he admitted to it. Two, you dont use Xanax for depression, you use drugs like Prozac, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, etc. Sounds to me like hes gained a drug dependency.
